At Pixieland, safety is our main concern.  Please be sure to check posted height and safety restrictions at each ride.  For the safety of your children, exceptions are not possible.

Each ride has specific manufacturer height and safety guidelines which may require accompaniment.

Please supervise your children at all times.

Proper, family friendly attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear, (no swim suits).  Clothing or tattoos with offensive language or graphics must not be visible at any time.

Costume masks, accessories and selfie sticks are NOT permitted on rides

Disabled guests must be able to transfer to ride vehicle’s seating with assistance from a member of their party.  Pixieland employees may not assist.

Our rides are not recommended for expectant moms, recent bone injuries, heart problems and might require a liability release form to ride.

In order to ride some attractions, smaller guests not yet tall enough to ride alone must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

All riders must have full head and body control and be able to sit up on their own.

These restrictions are established for your safety by the State of California (OSHA) and must be strictly enforced.  For the benefit of our guests and our employees, we reserve the right to make the final decision with regard to the eligibility and safety of any rider at Pixieland.

Due to the nature of the rides at Pixieland, service animals are not permitted to ride.

Due to the dynamics and certain characteristics of the rides, oxygen tanks or portable systems are not permitted on any Pixieland ride.

All rules and safety regulations must be followed.

Certain rides or attractions may be closed due to unforeseen circumstances.
