Party Food

Please submit any food orders by 5pm the Thursday prior to your scheduled party.

Do not call food vendors directly, all orders must be placed through Pixieland.

If you did not add on anything at the time of booking or you need to change an order, please submit your order via the order form.

You may bring in your own food and drinks with the exceptions listed below:

Please keep in mind we cannot offer storage or refrigeration.
Alcohol is NOT permitted in or around Pixieland (a City of Concord ordinance disallows alcohol anywhere within Willow Pass Park).
Barbecues, heating devices (including chafing dishes) of any type and all glass containers/bottles are forbidden.
NO outside pizza and/or pizza vendors.
All food orders must be submitted by 5pm the Thursday prior to your scheduled party.
Any food orders placed or changed after 5pm the Thursday prior to your scheduled party will incur a $9.95 administrative fee.
Any food or drinks ordered through Pixieland will be delivered to your table 30 minutes after the start of your party.
Don't forget to bring your plates, cups, napkins and utensils ~ these items are NOT included.
NO outside vendors of any type on or around Pixieland premises, this includes any type of costume characters.
The balance is due prior to the start of your party.
