Is there an admission fee to get into Pixieland?

No, admission and parking are FREE! 
 
All rides require tickets and all riding guests will need tickets to ride, including babies of all ages and adults accompanying their child. Tickets can be purchased at the Kids Cafe (click here to view ticket prices).

How many tickets does each ride take?

Will my child be tall enough to ride the rides?

At Pixieland, safety is our main concern and all rides have height requirements that will be enforced. For the safety of your children, exceptions are not possible.

No, Pixieland ride tickets are not refundable but they never expire.

Can I purchase tickets or gift cards online?

No, we do not sell gift cards and tickets are only available to purchase at Pixieland during our regular operating hours.

Do you sell season passes or wristbands?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not sell season passes or wristbands (wristbands are only available in our birthday party packages, walk-in birthday parties are not permitted and all parties must be scheduled in advance).

All rides have height requirements and all riding guests will be charged tickets - yes adults too.

All days and hours are weather permitting.
Please call (925) 676-9612 after 10:00am on the day you are going to visit, because park hours are subject to change due to inclement weather.

Do you have to make a reservation to visit Pixieland?

No, reservations are not requried at this time.
 
If you would like to have a birthday party at Pixieland you do have to schedule it, walk-in birthday parties are not permitted (bringing in a cake, balloons and/or gifts, etc. is considered a birthday party).
Limited space is available, it is best to reserve at least two weeks in advance.

Can I bring in outside food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

You may bring in your own food and drinks with the exceptions listed below:
Alcohol is NOT permitted in or around Pixieland (a City of Concord ordinance disallows alcohol anywhere within Willow Pass Park).
Barbecues, heating devices (including chafing dishes) of any type and all glass containers/bottles are forbidden.
You may only bring in a cake or cupcakes with a paid scheduled birthday party through Pixieland.
Walk-in birthday parties are NOT permitted
NO outside pizza and/or pizza vendors. 
NO outside vendors of any type on or around Pixieland premises.

Can I have my childs birthday at Pixieland?

Yes, if you would like to have a birthday party at Pixieland you will need to schedule it. 
Walk-in birthday parties are not permitted (bringing in a cake/cupcakes, balloons and/or gifts, etc. is considered a birthday party).  Limited space is available, it is best to reserve at least two weeks in advance.

Is my child old enough to play at Pixieland?

We are perfect for toddlers and children up to about 8 years of age.

Are pets allowed at Pixieland?

Accepted Answer

Pixieland loves pets too... but please leave them at home and NOT in your car!  Pets or other animals, except approved service animals, (e.g., dogs), are not allowed inside Pixieland.
Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities (examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties).
Service animals are working animals, not pets. 
The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability.
Service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times and must remain on a leash or in a harness. 
Due to the nature of Pixieland’s attractions, service animals are not permitted on the rides.
Service animals must never be left unattended.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals.
Service animals must be house broken.
Owners are responsible for disposing of their animal’s waste.
Guest whose service animal demonstrates aggressive and / or annoying actions toward a guest or team member will be directed to remove the animal from Pixieland.
