Can I have my childs birthday at Pixieland?


Yes, we have a few different packages to choose from, click here for more information.

  • Walk-in parties are not permitted (bringing in a cake, balloons and/or gifts is considered a party).
  • Limited space is available, it is best to reserve at least two weeks in advance.




What about parents that would like to ride?


All rides have height requirements and all riding guests will be charged tickets or wristbands - yes adults too.




Will my child be tall enough to ride the rides?


At Pixieland, safety is our main concern and all rides have height requirements that will be enforced. For the safety of your children, exceptions are not possible. Click here to view the height requirements.

  • In order to ride some attractions, smaller guests not yet tall enough to ride must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
  • All riders must have full head and body control and be able to sit up on their own.
  • Please supervise your children at ALL times.
  • All riding guests will be charged tickets - yes adults too.
  • Each ride has specific manufacturer height and safety guidelines which may require accompaniment. These restrictions are stirctly regulated for your safety by the State of California (OSHA).
  • Our rides are not recommended for expectant moms, recent bone injuries, heart problems and might require a liability release form to ride.
  • All rules and safety regulations must be followed.
  • For the benefit of our guests and our employees, we reserve the right to make the final decision with regard to the eligibility and safety of any rider at Pixieland.
  • Certain rides or attractions may be closed due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Subject to change without notice.




Can I bring in outside food and drinks?


You may bring in your own food and drinks with the exceptions listed below:

  • Alcohol is NOT permitted in or around Pixieland (a City of Concord ordinance disallows alcohol anywhere within Willow Pass Park).
  • Barbecues, heating devices (including chafing dishes) of any type and all glass containers/bottles are forbidden.
  • NO outside pizza and/or pizza vendors.
  • NO outside vendors of any type on or around Pixieland premises.




Is there an admission fee to get into Pixieland?


No, admission and parking are FREE! All rides require tickets and all riding guests will need tickets to ride, including babies of all ages and adults accompanying their child. Tickets can be purchased at the Kids Cafe (click here to view ticket prices).

  • All riders must have full head and body control and be able to sit up on their own.




How many tickets does each ride take?

  • Pixieland ride tickets do not expire.

Are the ride tickets refundable?


No, Pixieland ride tickets are not refundable but they never expire.




When are you open?

  • Pixieland is an outdoor park, days and hours change throughout the seasons.
  • All days and hours are weather permitting.
  • Please call (925) 676-9612 after 10:00am on the day you are going to visit, because park hours are subject to change due to inclement weather.

Is my child old enough to play at Pixieland?


We are perfect for toddlers and children up to about 8 years of age.




Are pets allowed at Pixieland?


Pixieland loves pets too…….. but please leave them at home and NOT in your car! Pets or other animals, except approved service animals, (e.g., dogs), are not allowed inside Pixieland.

  • Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities (examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties).
  • Service animals are working animals, not pets.
  • The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability.
  • Service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times and must remain on a leash or in a harness.
  • Due to the nature of Pixieland’s attractions, service animals are not permitted on the rides.
  • Service animals must never be left unattended.
  • Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals.
  • Service animals must be house broken.
  • Owners are responsible for disposing of their animal’s waste.
  • Guest whose service animal demonstrates aggressive and / or annoying actions toward a guest or team member will be directed to remove the animal from Pixieland.
