Walk-in birthday parties are NOT permitted.

Party areas do not come decorated. 

You may arrive prior to the start of your party to check in at the Kids Cafe (pay your balance and receive any tickets/wristbands that come in your package) then start enjoying the rides, however, the party area you reserved will not be available to start decorating until 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.

A $200.00 deposit is required to secure your party package and is NOT applied toward the balance of your party, should you cancel your party for any reason the deposit you paid to secure your party package will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Once your party has been paid in full, completed and all party terms and conditions were followed the deposit that was paid to secure your party package will be refunded to the credit card used to book your party.  

NO outside pizza and/or pizza vendors.

All food orders must be submitted by 5pm the Thursday prior to your scheduled party.

Any food orders placed or changed after 5pm the Thursday prior to your scheduled party will incur a $9.95 administrative fee.

Don't forget to bring your plates, cups, napkins and utensils ~ these items are NOT included.

NO outside vendors of any type on or around Pixieland premises, this includes any type of costume characters.

The balance is due prior to the start of your party. 

We accept cash*, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and contactless payments.  

Save 5% on your birthday party package and any additional party wristbands when you pay in ALL cash*.  *The cash discount does not apply to add ons, deposits, food or drinks, etc.

Sales tax will be added where applicable.
