Party Terms and Conditions

Please review our COVID-19 updates prior to booking your party. You are responsible for updating your guests of what they need to know before visiting Pixieland.

Food and Drinks:

You may bring in your own food and drinks with the exceptions listed below:

  • Please keep in mind that when selecting a cake to bring we cannot offer storage or refrigeration.

  • Alcohol is NOT permitted in or around Pixieland (a City of Concord ordinance disallows alcohol anywhere within Willow Pass Park).

  • Barbecues, heating devices (including chafing dishes) of any type and all glass containers/bottles are forbidden.

  • NO outside pizza and/or pizza vendors.  If you would like pizza for your party, you must order through Pixieland at least 1 week prior to your party date.

  • If you will be having Pixieland cater your party, your order must be placed 1 week prior to your party date.

  • Any food orders placed on the day of your party may be subject to a $4.95 delivery fee.

  • Any food or drinks ordered through Pixieland will be delivered to your table 30 minutes after the start of your party.

  • Don't forget to bring your plates, cups, napkins and utensils.  These items are NOT included.

  • NO outside vendors of any type on or around Pixieland premises.

Decorating:

  • Party areas do not come decorated, you may decorate your party table(s) with a table cloth, balloons, birthday sign, etc. (you may use tape to hang any items ~ NO push pins, staples, nails, etc.)

  • Absolutely NO piñatas 

  • Absolutely NO confetti or silly string (if you choose to ignore this you agree to pay a $100.00 clean up fee which will be charged to the credit card used when reserving your party.)

  • You may NOT bring in your own extra tables(s), chairs, or music, etc.

  • Your area must be clean before departure.

  • No outside vendors of any type on or around Pixieland premises.  This includes but is not limited to any type of costume characters, cotton candy machines, snow cone machines, food vendors, etc.

Rides:

  • At Pixieland, safety is our main concern. Please be sure to check posted height and safety restrictions at each ride.  For the safety of your children, exceptions are not possible.

  • In order to ride some attractions, smaller guests not yet tall enough to ride alone must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

  • All riders must have full head and body control and be able to sit up on their own.

  • These restrictions are established for your safety by the state of California (OSHA) and must be strictly enforced.  For the benefit of our guests and our employees, we reserve the right to make the final decision with regard to the eligibility and safety of any rider at Pixieland.

  • All rules and safety regulations must be followed.

  • You are responsible for your guests and their actions.

  • Please supervise your children at all times.

  • Our rides are not recommended for expectant moms, recent bone injuries, heart problems and might require a liability release form to ride.

  • Certain rides or attractions may be closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Some images shown throughout this website may not represent current operational guidelines.

  • Subject to change without notice.

Wristbands/Tickets:

  • All riding guests will be charged tickets or wristbands - yes, adults too.

  • NO wristband sharing, wristbands must be worn at all times.

Party Clean Up:

  • You must be cleared from the party area within 10 minutes after your party's scheduled end time or there will be a fee of $100.00 charged every additional 10 minutes thereafter to the credit card used when reserving your party.

  • Table time will NOT be extended for late arrivals.

  • Your area must be clean before departure.

  • Moving your party to another area during or after your scheduled party is NOT permitted.

Checking In:

  • Your party package, including any/all add-ons, must be paid in full prior to the start of your party.

  • You can check in and pay your balance 30 minutes prior to the start of your party. You may then start decorating your reserved party area.

  • Table time will NOT be extended for late arrivals.

  • We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and contactless payments with a valid photo id.

  • Parties paid in ALL cash will receive a 5% discount, this does not apply to any add ons like tickets, wristbands, party food or any other add-ons, etc.

  • We do NOT accept American Express, checks or money orders.

Deposits:

  • Once your party has been paid in full and completed the deposit that was paid to secure your party package will be refunded to the credit card used to book your party. 

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction to your account. 

  • Deposits are NOT applied to the balance of your party package. 

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to someone else, applied to tickets, wristbands, party food, any other party add-ons, etc. 

  • Should you choose to cancel your party, the entire deposit you paid to secure your party package will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling/Package Changes:

  • Any change of party times or dates must be submitted in writing to pixieparties@icloud.com 14 days prior to the date of the party. 

  • Your rescheduled party must be held within 6 months of original booking date. 

  • Party packages, once booked, are not eligible for downgrading. However, if available, packages may be upgraded.

Cancellations:

  • Should you choose to cancel your party and not reschedule a party to be held within 6 months of the original booking date, your entire deposit will be forfeited and is NOT refundable.

No Shows:

  • Should you choose not to show up to your scheduled party without making previous and confirmed arrangements in writing with Pixieland at least one week prior to your scheduled party date, then you are authorizing Pixieland Amusement Park to charge your credit card used when reserving your party, including, but not limited to the balance of your party, any food orders, or add-ons, etc.

Bad Weather:

  • In the event that Pixieland is closed due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances you may reschedule your party, or receive a refund of all but $30.00 of your deposit for administrative costs. 

  • Due to the uncertainty of weather, Pixieland usually does not determine until the morning of the scheduled business day whether or not it will be able to open if there is inclement weather forecasted.

Rescheduling Due to Weather:

  • If at any time you are feeling uncertain about the weather, you may reschedule as early as one week prior to your party and as late as 10:00am on the date of your party. 

  • You have 30 days to reschedule your party to a new date that is within 6 months of the original party date, or your full deposit will be forfeited.

Canceling Due to Weather:

  • Deposits will only be refunded less the $30.00 administrative fee if Pixieland is unable to open due to inclement weather.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • If you do not show up to your party without making prior arrangements in writing with Pixieland you will be considered a NO show and you are authorizing Pixieland Amusement Park to charge your credit card used when reserving your party, including, but not limited to the balance of your party, any food orders, add-ons, etc.
