Field Trips

Pixieland is a great place to let the kids take a break and have some fun!

Group rates are reserved for schools, daycare centers, pre-schools, churches and summer camps.

Groups are scheduled on weekdays only during our regular business hours, excluding holidays and must be scheduled at least one week prior to the event to receive the group rates.

If a date you are looking for is not available please refer to our hours to verify if we are open on that date.

Don't forget to include parents and staff that will need to ride with their children and/or any siblings that will be joining the group. We will not honor group rates to individuals.

Field Trip Terms and Conditions

  • If you do not meet the 20 riding guest minimum, group rates will not apply.

  • Please advise your groups and leaders of all safety rules and restrictions.

  • You are responsible for your guests and their actions.

  • Children MUST be supervised at all times.

Checking In:

  • Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your group time to pay your balance and allow staff to get you checked in and riding on time.​

Paying your Balance:

  • Groups must be paid in full in a single transaction prior to the start of your scheduled group time.

  • We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and contactless payments.

  • Don't forget to include parents that will need to ride with their children and/or any sibling that will be joining the group, we will not honor group rates to individuals.

Rides:

Wristbands/Tickets:

  • All riding guests will be charged tickets or wristbands - yes, adults too.

  • NO wristband sharing, wristbands must be worn at all times.

  • In order to ride some attractions, smaller guests not yet tall enough to ride alone must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

  • All riders must have full head and body control and be able to sit up on their own.

  • NO lap seating on any ride at Pixieland.

Food and Drinks:

You may bring in your own food and drinks with the exceptions listed below:​

  • Please keep in mind that we cannot offer storage or refrigeration for anything.

  • Alcohol is NOT permitted in or around Pixieland (a City of Concord ordinance disallows alcohol anywhere within Willow Pass Park).

  • Barbecues, heating devices (including chafing dishes) of any type and all glass containers/bottles are forbidden.

  • NO outside pizza and/or pizza vendors.  If you would like pizza for your event, you must order through Pixieland at least 1 week prior to your event date.

  • If you will be having Pixieland cater your field trip, your order must be placed 1 week prior to your field trip.

  • Don't forget to bring your plates, cups, napkins and utensils.  These items are NOT included.

  • NO outside vendors of any type on or around Pixieland premises.

Deposits:

  • A $200.00 deposit is required to secure your field trip and is NOT applied toward the balance.

  • Should you cancel your field trip for ANY reason, the entire deposit you paid to secure your event will be forfeited and is non-refundable. NO exceptions.

  • If ANY of the field trip terms and conditions are ignored on the day of your event by you or your guests your deposit will NOT be refunded.

  • Once your field trip has been paid in full, completed and all field terms and conditions were followed, the deposit that was paid to secure your field trip will be refunded to the credit card used to book your field trip.

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction to your account. 

  • Deposits are NOT applied to the balance of your field trip. 

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to someone else, applied to tickets, wristbands, food, any other add-ons, etc.

Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your field trip it must be submitted in writing to pixieparties@icloud.com at least 3 days prior to the date of your scheduled event.

  • Your rescheduled field trip must be held within 30 days of your original booking date.

Cancellations:

  • Should you cancel your field trip for ANY reason, the entire deposit will be forfeited and is NOT refundable. *ALL cancellations must be submitted and confirmed at least 3 days prior to your scheduled field trip with Pixieland in writing to pixieparties@icloud.com.

  • Should you cancel your field trip within 2 days of your scheduled event date, then you are authorizing Pixieland Amusement Park to charge your credit card used when reserving your field trip, including, but not limited to the balance of your event, any food orders, or add-ons, etc.  Your entire deposit paid to secure your field trip will also be forfeited and is non-refundable.

NO Shows:

  • Should you not show up to your scheduled field trip without making previous and confirmed arrangements in writing with Pixieland at least 3 days prior to your scheduled event date, then you are authorizing Pixieland Amusement Park to charge your credit card used when reserving your field trip, including, but not limited to the balance of your event, any food orders, or add-ons, etc.

  • Your entire deposit paid to secure your field trip will also be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Bad Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • In the event that Pixieland is closed due to bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances, you may​ receive a refund of all but $40.00 of your deposit for administrative costs (deposits will ONLY be refunded less the administrative fee if Pixieland is unable to open).

  • Due to the uncertainty of weather, Pixieland usually does not determine until the morning of the scheduled business day whether or not we will be able to open if there is inclement weather forecasted.

***Subject to change without notice, Pixieland reserves the right to make any changes to pricing and the field trip terms and conditions at anytime. We only schedule field trips on weekdays (excluding holidays) during Pixieland's regular operating hours.
